This was my first experience with a major home project, and working with River Valley. After a bit of a bumpy start, our project manager, Owen made sure that every concern we had was cared for. This company was diligent in finishing on time. Owen made this project easy and smooth. Everything from estimate, scheduling, working with our insurance company, and keeping the crew up to date with our concerns and appreciation. I would use this company again in the future should I need any other home projects completed.

Casey and Isaiah did an amazing job from start to finish. They explained the roofing processes, went over color choices for shingles and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. They also shared worse case scenarios with us so we wouldn’t be sticker shocked when we needed boards replaced as well. They were quick and reliable making cleanup a breeze for me because they took pride in keeping the space neat. For sure using them again and recommend them to family and friends!

This is a Great company they do Great work and respectfull contractors that came and did my gutters ruff and siding very satisfied with the work they have done . I have a new house with no out of pocket cost . I would recommend them gor any project you are needing done.

From the very first contact to the last, Brent was professional, helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. We had contacted River Valley Restoration to obtain an estimate to vinyl side an old garage on our property. Brent came to our home, looked at the garage, answered our questions and within two days had an estimate to us.

We ended up having River Valley put a new roof, siding and gutters on our garage. Brent had made a second trip to Logan to bring samples of shingles and siding and helped us make a decision. The roofing crew came first and within a morning had the old roof off, new roof on and everything cleaned up. The next week brought the siding crew who worked tirelessly to side the garage in a day. They even hung a new solar light for us on the garage. The gutter crew finalized the project, again with prompt service.

These folks went above and beyond replacing some siding I needed fixed. They came out quickly, on time and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Additionally they replaced a vent I needed fixed at no additional charge. Also, Amber at the office is an absolute sweetheart. I can't say enough good things about the folks here!

I had the absolute best experience with River Valley Restoration! I had a ceiling leak due to the flashing around my chimney being damaged and needed repaired , and RVR was the first person I called and I’m glad I did. The customer service was top notch, they got out quickly to inspect the problem, and the job was done thoroughly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with the final result, and the job was well-done as we had 2 major rains in the couple days following the completion of the job and not a single drop of water to be found on the ceiling! RVR will be my go-to option for anything I need done moving forward 100%!

I just had new siding installed on my house & garage, new storm doors, & new roofing & painting on my screen porch by River Valley Restoration and couldn’t be happier with the result! Within a week of my initial request for an estimate, I had a meeting with Casey & Rachel Welch, who were my project managers. They had great energy, answered all questions I had, & let me know exactly what could be done. Their communication with me throughout the entire process was great! The installation process was fairly smooth, & all of the crews that worked on the projects at my house were efficient & respectful of my property. I am very pleased with the entire staff at RVR & highly recommend their services. I will be calling them again for my next project!

Called on a Friday late morning and spoke with Amber about getting our gutter repaired. All it needed was 2 pins put back into place and repair a hole in the gutter. They normally don't do this type of work, but she worked her magic. Spoke with the owner and they had someone out in a few hours later to do the repair for a reasonable price. Terry showed up was very nice and explained everything that he was doing.

Roof replaced due to hail damage. Set up and scheduling were fast and easy thanks to Ryan Gueli and team. Roofers were fast and thorough and cleaned up everything (not a nail or piece of shingle in sight). 5 stars no question.
