This company is awesome!!!!. Great bunch of guys. Our roofs at... Cobblestone Condominiums look so good. Kyle has been on site checking to make sure everything is cleaned up repeatedly and helps make sure everything is running smoothly. John and Aaron work hard to get insurance coverage. We will be using this company for more jobs in the future. Sorry I gave the wrong name it's Ryan not Kyle. Senior moment!read more

Very happy with our experience! RVR from the beginning was on... it. My insurance would have moved much slower if it weren’t for Aaron Howes. Aaron was incredibly easy to work with, kind, and professional. Brent oversaw the project and made sure everything went exactly how we had planned. Getting a new roof is a daunting task, and it can be difficult to know even where to start. I would 10/10 use River Valley again based on my experience.read more

I can’t say enough about this company and Aaron Howes in... particular. Aaron and John , explained the process and showed us samples of the products they will use when they replace our roofs next week. They were instrumental in filing a damage claim due to high winds and ice. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services when needed.read more

From first speaking with Bill on the... phone and Casey coming out to look at the roof, to the crew installing the new roof, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Cole was also out on the day of installation and he was also great! Have had several positive comments on the new roof. It looks great! Love our new metal roof! Aaron Howes went above and beyond with... our insurance company. At first, we only had a partial roof approved. Aaron came and took samples of our shingles and proved you couldn't find the same exact ones and got the whole thing covered! He was very professional and could answer all of my questions. I was thankful it was completed while the weather was still good and didn’t have to worry about it during the winter months. We originally reached out to River Valley Restoration in March... of 2022 after we discovered a leak in our roof. Casey called my husband and scheduled an appointment to come take a look at everything and get a plan together. When Casey was measuring and inspecting our roof, he noticed damage that was causing our leak. He helped us through the insurance process of filing a claim and dealing with adjusters, etc. Once it was all approved, materials were ordered and our roof was replaced within a week. The workers were very neat, it was like they were never there. We then decided to also have our siding replaced. Casey was very patient through the whole process (there was a lot of hand-wringing deciding on colors.) Overall we have been incredibly happy with our decision to work with River Valley Restoration, and specifically Casey, on these projects. The before before photo is a few years old, when we first purchased our house, then after the roof installation and finally after the new siding. It is like we live in a whole new house!read more

I contacted River valley Restoration shortly after we had hail... damage to our house in our garage from the storm in May of 2022. We met with John and he was very professional and informative on our options on what we could to get our siding replaced and our roof replaced. He answered any insurance questions that I had and he went to bat for us with the insurance company.I also had the pleasure of talking to Brent. Brent was also very professional and very informative when it came to giving me updates on when our siding was to be delivered and installed as well as our roof. Brent also went to bat for us with the insurance company. Both Brent and John made this process very smooth for us and they helped soothe our worries when our insurance company said that they were going to do the bare minimum.The installation team for the roof and for the siding were very professional they were quick and efficient and they did an excellent job cleaning up and disposing of our old siding and our old roofing. We are having our gutters installed later this week and I cannot wait to see what the finished product is going to look like!If I could give them 200 stars out of 200 stars I definitely would but Google only lets me do five out of five. I would highly recommend using them for anybody who has had any storm damage to their house or is just looking to make improvements on their house. If we get any more storm damage, from my lips to God's ears we don't we will definitely be using River Valley Restoration again!read more

This is our second time using River Valley. We had a hail storm... come through and needed roof, siding, and gutters on our house and pole barn. So we contacted Casey again. He helped us go over options and deal with the adjuster. Very professional and friendly. The crews they sent out did a great job! We love the way the house looks after they were done with repairs! I would recommend this place to anyone!read more
