My first time using RVR. From first speaking with Bill on the phone and Casey coming out to look at the roof, to the crew installing the new roof, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Cole was also out on the day of installation and he was also great! Have had several positive comments on the new roof. It looks great! Love our new metal roof! Aaron Howes went above and beyond with our insurance company. At first, we only had a partial roof approved. Aaron came and took samples of our shingles and proved you couldn't find the same exact ones and got the whole thing covered! He was very professional and could answer all of my questions. The crew had the old roof off and new one on in two days!

I had hail damage last year and was able to have a new roof installed in one day. I was thankful it was completed while the weather was still good and didn’t have to worry about it during the winter months. They also repaired an ongoing leak I had for several years and it’s nice to finally have a worry free roof!

Aaron and his team did a wonderful job restoring our historic home by replacing and repairing our wood siding and trim. They were professional, timely, and exceeding our expectations. I called them after some roof damage from my windstorm. They made an appointment for 2 o’clock on 03/31 so I rearranged my schedule to be at the house by 1:30 At 2:45 (45)minutes past their scheduled appointment. I finally got a hold of the company. They called me back and said because it’s raining they are going to have to reschedule. Highly disrespectful to not let me know earlier in the day and then I have to call them to find out they are going to reschedule because they never showed up. Of course I will not use this company due to no respect. This is what gives contractors a bad reputation. I am a superintendent for a large home building company so I understand when someone shows you disrespect in the very beginning then you should not use them…

I called John and needed an estimate on replacing our roof. He came out the same day a gave us a great estimate. We were going through our insurance and he took care of the whole process. The crew showed up ready to work and cleaned up every bit of their mess. I couldn’t even tell they had been there. If you’re looking for a local company with fair pricing then they are your people. We simply love our new roof from River Valley Restorations! It was so nice working with a local company. We originally reached out to River Valley Restoration in March of 2022 after we discovered a leak in our roof. Casey called my husband and scheduled an appointment to come take a look at everything and get a plan together. When Casey was measuring and inspecting our roof, he noticed damage that was causing our leak. He helped us through the insurance process of filing a claim and dealing with adjusters, etc. Once it was all approved, materials were ordered and our roof was replaced within a week. The workers were very neat, it was like they were never there. We then decided to also have our siding replaced. Casey was very patient through the whole process (there was a lot of hand-wringing deciding on colors.) Overall we have been incredibly happy with our decision to work with River Valley Restoration, and specifically Casey, on these projects. The before before photo is a few years old, when we first purchased our house, then after the roof installation and finally after the new siding. It is like we live in a whole new house!

I contacted River valley Restoration shortly after we had hail damage to our house in our garage from the storm in May of 2022. We met with John and he was very professional and informative on our options on what we could to get our siding replaced and our roof replaced. He answered any insurance questions that I had and he went to bat for us with the insurance company.I also had the pleasure of talking to Brent. Brent was also very professional and very informative when it came to giving me updates on when our siding was to be delivered and installed as well as our roof. Brent also went to bat for us with the insurance company. Both Brent and John made this process very smooth for us and they helped soothe our worries when our insurance company said that they were going to do the bare minimum.The installation team for the roof and for the siding were very professional they were quick and efficient and they did an excellent job cleaning up and disposing of our old siding and our old roofing. We are having our gutters installed later this week and I cannot wait to see what the finished product is going to look like!If I could give them 200 stars out of 200 stars I definitely would but Google only lets me do five out of five. I would highly recommend using them for anybody who has had any storm damage to their house or is just looking to make improvements on their house. If we get any more storm damage, from my lips to God's ears we don't we will definitely be using River Valley Restoration again!

This is our second time using River Valley. We had a hail storm come through and needed roof, siding, and gutters on our house and pole barn. So we contacted Casey again. He helped us go over options and deal with the adjuster. Very professional and friendly. The crews they sent out did a great job! We love the way the house looks after they were done with repairs! I would recommend this place to anyone!

We've used River Valley Restoration for a few different projects around our home. We initially called on them to do a complete tear out and replacement of our fence. I can't even tell you how pleased we've been with our fence. So, when it came time to replace the gutters and siding on our home, who else would we call?From the initial quote process with Bill, through color choosing, planning, scheduling and then material delivery, project organization and completion with Brent, this company is top knotch! Their crews are knowledgeable, hardworking and above all, they're polite, happy to take the time to explain what they're doing and they were sure to clean up the area after the project was complete.We really felt like we just had friends working on our home! They put in a new 6 foot privacy fence for our house. The fence work was decent, except they had to comeback later to replace the gate (because it wouldn’t close). We appreciated their willingness to make things right. The price was very reasonable for the whole job.

DO NOT use this company. Contacted them for an initial estimate after hail damage. They showed up, and told me they would work on their own "rebuttal" estimate to present to the insurance company. Spent many weeks, which turned into MONTHS asking for an update. When I finally got someone to reply to me, was told (by the same guy who surveyed the damage the first time) that he didn't remember what was going on with my project and asked me to remind him. I reminded him of the day he spent looking at my property and assessing the damage, and he suddenly "remembered." Then weeks passed again. Was not able to get ahold of him again through his contact info, but his "assistant" who was there the first day, finally replied to me. "Hey. What were we looking at out there?"At this point I was fully frustrated and when he asked if he could come out for a second estimate the following week, I obliged, with the understanding that if he didn't show up on the day/week we discussed, we were done. It has now been 6 weeks since that agreed upon time has come and passed. Today I get a phone call from him. I am working, so I ignore it. After I ignore it, I get a test (verbatim) "Hey ***** was calling to see when (sic) we were in the process I don't know if we're waiting on your mortgage to endorse a check for the roof being done can you please give me a call ********** thank you"I was not waiting on any check or endorsement from any third party. I can pay for the work out-right. I was waiting on an adjusted estimate for my SIDING, not roof. I texted back that their services were no longer needed.These guys are a joke. They are so disorganized. As a business professional, I know that what they are doing is stringing potential clients along until it suits their schedule. As someone who also, in my younger years, has construction experience, I opt to buy the materials and do the work myself. If their client management is this terrible, what should I expect from their actual work? I've been through the wringer all my life with contractors, and I work with contractors DAILY for my profession.I strongly recommend doing the work yourself (it'll get done faster, and with the care for correctness that you expect) or hiring another company, or if you have one, a trusted family member. Not trying to disparage anyone's business, just adequately relaying the waste of time I experienced with this company.

I spoke to several contractors before choosing a company to replace the roof on my cabin. Casey was very thorough in explaining the roofing process, and responded quickly to all my questions. The company adhered to the dates they had committed to, and their price was fair. I was extremely happy with my experience.

We have a home built in 1890 that needed extensive exterior work which included exterior siding, repairing/replacing a large section of the roof (that had slate shingles) and new gutters. We're very pleased with the results - the crews doing the work were very efficient and left our property as clean as it was when they started. Casey was there throughout the process if we had any questions. A job well done and we certainly would recommend people contact this company for their home remodeling work.

Casey reached out to me when I was looking to get a fence installed and mentioned that he worked for RVR, the moment he came out and measured everything I knew that the business we were looking into for our fence was perfect. They offered financing and were very willing to answer any questions we had about the process. We could not be happier with RVR and the crew that came out to install the fence for them. They were professional and now we have a great looking fence thanks to Casey and RVR. We had our siding replaced several years ago and we get so many compliments on our house. We recently had to have a piece of siding replaced and since they did it a couple years ago were able to replace the piece with no problem. Their team is great to work with.

We were having a leak in our roof and couldn't figure out the cause. Called Casey up and had him come out and take a look. Unfortunately, our 30 year old roof needed to be replaced. Casey was able to guide us through the whole process and put our minds at ease. We were able to file a claim with our insurance and get most of the cost covered, but even if that hadn't happened, knowing they had financial assistance options helped.After we got everything sorted out with insurance, River Valley Restoration had a crew out within a week; in the same day, they were able to take off all the shingles, replace some of the underlying OSB (plywood), AND put the new roof on. We would like to thank everyone at River Valley Restoration for the quick and easy process. Getting a new roof can seem like a daunting task, but River Valley Restoration makes it a lot easier.

Very pleased with this company. They were very quick and responsive to my problems. Casey Welch provided me with a thorough, honest and fair assessment. Price quote was very competitive. Once in contract, the work was complete in a matter of weeks. Installers were very professional. Working from home, I was worried that they would be in the way, but they were very considerate and unobtrusive. The work they performed was exceptional and they provided me with an excellent explanation of everything that was done. Clean-up afterwards was very good too. It was almost like they were never there. Highly recommend.

The River Valley Restoration company did a metal wrap on all my homes wood trim. The project manager Bill Letner was awesome. He was on time and knowledgeable. I chose River Valley because they are a restoration company. We wanted to replace our flat porch roof with a pitched design. Our project manager, Shane came out to the house and we talked about the process. Shane was very accessible throughout the whole project and we are very pleased with the new porch roof. River Valley outcompeted four other good roofers, including an Amish roofer. Not only were they competitive (2nd lowest price) and professional, but they beat the field as far as turn around time, literally beginning installation on a standing seam metal roof within one week from the order. Casey was a good communicator throughout the project, although the estimator usually just provides the quote. Brent gave us confidence in their operations. Although issues always arise with projects, this Christian-based firm handled them with an easy-going straight-forward approach that deserves some praise. Not only do we like these guys, but we would trust them again for any need for our rental cabin in Hocking Hills.

River Valley came and inspected our roof soon after we called them. We not only had wind damage but also a pretty good hole in our roof. Within two weeks we have a new roof and couldn't be more pleased. The crew was here early, installation took a day and they cleaned up afterwards. Casey, Brent and Brian went beyond our expectations with helping us through the process and following up. We highly recommend them .

I am more than pleased with River Valley Restoration. I had been looking around as I had 3 projects that I wanted done and was not getting anywhere. I called this company and made an appointment. Bill came out at the appointment time and said they could handle all 3 projects. The communication was fantastic, Bill kept in touch every step of the way. They did my fence and gutters, both at the time given and did a great job. They did an inspection with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. This was all within a couple of weeks. They have given me a time for the deck project. Again, communication has been outstanding. The crews did good work and were efficient and friendly.

They are the best of the best. I waited over a year after the work is done to make sure of their products and it's amazing. The sales persons the crew are great and the work is a premium product for less than average cost. Use them but shop around like I did. I am a very thorough person when it comes to fixing my house. I had an estimate done. First i told them repairs were needed and new gutters put up. So I get a 990 estimate for gutters. Then days after an estimate for repairs then following a 3rd estimate wow. So in the mean time their crew came out unannounced, took my previous gutters down and tells me I need repairs( which they knew prior).now I have no gutters and a 3rd estimate. I am now stuck with a house with no gutters and being forced to do whatever I can for new gutters. Wow so wrong in so many ways.

The 2 things that stood out to me were their honesty and how fast they worked on our gutters. We had an estimate done and they checked if everything scheduled and priced was necessary. Turns out the damage wasn’t that bad and they immediately recalculated everything resulting in us saving money. Then they got right to work and fixed everything in 17 minutes flat lol. Excellent family owned company. We highly recommend

River Valley was fantastic! we had a couple scheduling snafoos at first, but once we were able to confirm everything, they were done in just a couple hours! the gutters look great. they were even willing to do some repairs to a facia that was damaged from water. will absolutely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

This business was all around an amazing experience. They started with a free estimate that was more detailed than any of the paid estimates I received from other companies. Then, the service from both Bill and Bryan Letner was impeccable. They were kind, generous, and very easy to work with. Once I chose their services, I knew it was the right decision based strictly on their customer service quality. And then on top of it all, I couldn’t be more happy with their work. My home looks better than it ever has, and we have had 0 issues since they worked for us. AllIn all, this is one of the better companies I have EVER had do work for me and I would very highly recommend them to anyone asking for their services to be taken care of.
