We’ll arrive upon the agreed time. Our friendly and qualified experts will inspect and review the scope and options of the project at this time. You can expect a detailed easy to understand quote that day. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

REVIEW CONTRACT & PROCESS

If you feel good about what we have proposed, let’s make it official. We’ll review the contract and process with you to alleviate any anxieties you may have. We value your trust in us and believe that transparency is always the right way.

MAKE DOWN-PAYMENT

Some projects are unexpected and we understand that. We pride ourselves in offering honest competitive pricing. If you’re wanting to make a claim, our staff can help you navigate your insurance company. We have options. You can pay by credit card. If needed, we do offer financing. You never pay the full amount up-front.

They also shared worse case scenarios with us so we wouldn’t be sticker shocked when we needed boards replaced as well. From the very first contact to the last, Brent was professional, helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. We had contacted River Valley Restoration to obtain an estimate to vinyl side an old garage on our property. Brent came to our home, looked at the garage, answered our questions and within two days had an estimate to us.

We ended up having River Valley put a new roof, siding and gutters on our garage. Brent had made a second trip to Logan to bring samples of shingles and siding and helped us make a decision. The roofing crew came first and within a morning had the old roof off, new roof on and everything cleaned up. The next week brought the siding crew who worked tirelessly to side the garage in a day. They even hung a new solar light for us on the garage. The gutter crew finalized the project, again with prompt service.

Called on a Friday late morning and spoke with Amber about getting our gutter repaired. All it needed was 2 pins put back into place and repair a hole in the gutter. They normally don't do this type of work, but she worked her magic. Spoke with the owner and they had someone out in a few hours later to do the repair for a reasonable price. Terry showed up was very nice and explained everything that he was doing.

You never know if you don't ask. Highly recommend for the job.
