This was my first experience with a major home project, and working with River Valley. After a bit of a bumpy start, our project manager, Owen made sure that every concern we had was cared for. This company was diligent in finishing on time. Owen made this project easy and smooth. Everything from estimate, scheduling, working with our insurance company, and keeping the crew up to date with our concerns and appreciation. I would use this company again in the future should I need any other home projects completed.

Casey and Isaiah did an amazing job from start to finish. They explained the roofing processes, went over color choices for shingles and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. They also shared worse case scenarios with us so we wouldn’t be sticker shocked when we needed boards replaced as well. They were quick and reliable making cleanup a breeze for me because they took pride in keeping the space neat. For sure using them again and recommend them to family and friends!

This is a Great company they do Great work and respectfull contractors that came and did my gutters ruff and siding very satisfied with the work they have done . I have a new house with no out of pocket cost . I would recommend them gor any project you are needing done.

From the very first contact to the last, Brent was professional, helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. We had contacted River Valley Restoration to obtain an estimate to vinyl side an old garage on our property. Brent came to our home, looked at the garage, answered our questions and within two days had an estimate to us.

We ended up having River Valley put a new roof, siding and gutters on our garage. Brent had made a second trip to Logan to bring samples of shingles and siding and helped us make a decision. The roofing crew came first and within a morning had the old roof off, new roof on and everything cleaned up. The next week brought the siding crew who worked tirelessly to side the garage in a day. They even hung a new solar light for us on the garage. The gutter crew finalized the project, again with prompt service.

These folks went above and beyond replacing some siding I needed fixed. They came out quickly, on time and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Additionally they replaced a vent I needed fixed at no additional charge. Also, Amber at the office is an absolute sweetheart. I can't say enough good things about the folks here!

I had the absolute best experience with River Valley Restoration! I had a ceiling leak due to the flashing around my chimney being damaged and needed repaired , and RVR was the first person I called and I’m glad I did. The customer service was top notch, they got out quickly to inspect the problem, and the job was done thoroughly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with the final result, and the job was well-done as we had 2 major rains in the couple days following the completion of the job and not a single drop of water to be found on the ceiling! RVR will be my go-to option for anything I need done moving forward 100%!

I just had new siding installed on my house & garage, new storm doors, & new roofing & painting on my screen porch by River Valley Restoration and couldn’t be happier with the result! Within a week of my initial request for an estimate, I had a meeting with Casey & Rachel Welch, who were my project managers. They had great energy, answered all questions I had, & let me know exactly what could be done. Their communication with me throughout the entire process was great! The installation process was fairly smooth, & all of the crews that worked on the projects at my house were efficient & respectful of my property. I am very pleased with the entire staff at RVR & highly recommend their services. I will be calling them again for my next project!

Called on a Friday late morning and spoke with Amber about getting our gutter repaired. All it needed was 2 pins put back into place and repair a hole in the gutter. They normally don't do this type of work, but she worked her magic. Spoke with the owner and they had someone out in a few hours later to do the repair for a reasonable price. Terry showed up was very nice and explained everything that he was doing.

He was personally easy to work with and very professional. He also worked well with our insurance adjuster. The costs involved were more than reasonable. I believe them to have been fair and honest. Roof replaced due to hail damage. Set up and scheduling were fast and easy thanks to Ryan Gueli and team. Roofers were fast and thorough and cleaned up everything (not a nail or piece of shingle in sight). 5 stars no question.

Background: Our gutters were failing and we have pines in close proximity to our house. Water was spilling over in some areas and the second floor was getting clogged.

River Valley Restoration was highly recommended by another company who did not service my area. I was contacted by Ken Logan to come out and conduct an assessment. Throughout the process he didn’t attempt to talk me into any more than what was needed. He also checked with others to ensure the answer he was providing was the correct one.

Once the installation was complete, Ken came out for an in person walk through. I am happy with the service provided; can’t wait until it rains to see how they the gutters hold up. Thanks, Ken Logan!

Very good job! Communication was great and timing was great. Told when person coming out and they arrived on time. Fixed the roof problem, communicated clearly what was going on and showed me pics from atop the roof to show more details of what the issue is and how he’s fixing it. That meant a lot! Fixed the issue, cleaned behind themselves and voila all fixed! Awesome company and awesome workers as well!

The team at River Valley Restoration did an awesome job with the work that was needed. Aaron Howes went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was covered and completed to my satisfaction. The workload was substantial and included a complete reside of the house as well as a complete roof job. This was done quickly and efficiently. I will be using them again this spring!

Referred some friends to River Valley and it started off not great. But then Brent became part of the project and corrected so much that was wrong. He literally saved the whole project and went above and beyond. Brent definitely needs to have a bonus for helping my friends and correcting all the mistakes from another employee that shows us that the company actually cares about how customers feel and brings great business. I can't say enough good things about this company. I reached out to them after strong winds blew off a half dozen shingles from our home. Phil responded quickly to take a look. He then gave me an estimate and offered to begin working with our insurance company. When the insurance company's check wasn't nearly enough, he went to bat for us and got the entire roof replaced. The work crew showed up early, covered everything around the house and went to work. I was amazed at how fast the roof was replaced, maybe 8 hours if that, especially since our roof is so steep. They even went so far as to paint our vent pipes to match the new roof for a better look. After they cleaned up, we only found 2 nails and no trash!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

John, Terry and crew were awesome. Their work was impeccably done and Amber was so very kind and informative. Will only use them exclusively in the future. Consider this company for your roofing needs. You can’t go wrong.

This company is awesome!!!!. Great bunch of guys. Our roofs at Cobblestone Condominiums look so good. Kyle has been on site checking to make sure everything is cleaned up repeatedly and helps make sure everything is running smoothly. John and Aaron work hard to get insurance coverage. Very happy with our experience! RVR from the beginning was on it. My insurance would have moved much slower if it weren’t for Aaron Howes. Aaron was incredibly easy to work with, kind, and professional. Brent oversaw the project and made sure everything went exactly how we had planned. Getting a new roof is a daunting task, and it can be difficult to know even where to start. I would 10/10 use River Valley again based on my experience.
